I am Becky, your coach
How can I support you?
My background
Becky initially set out in the world of marketing, sales, and advertising, only to learn quickly that the business world wasn’t quite for her. She soon discovered a real interest in the importance of mental health, fitness, and overall well-being, and went on to qualify as a yoga teacher and study psychology, which was a much-desired change.
After several years teaching commercial yoga, she specialised in pre/postnatal and fertility yoga, as well as hypnotherapy, and soon discovered a real love for working with women. Currently, Becky is a qualified coach specialising in Wellbeing for Women, Fertility Health, and Stress Management with a holistic approach to healing, as well as living well and true.
As well as being a mother of two little ones, Becky is a Provisional Psychologist and qualified Wellbeing Coach with the British School of Coaching, with specialty areas including fertility health, mindfulness-based stress reduction, hypnotherapy, yoga, and nutrition, and is currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology.
In addition, she is a peer support volunteer for Red Nose Perinatal Grief & Loss and has completed certification in Perinatal Grief & Loss with the Centre of Perinatal Psychology, Australia.
