Wellbeing Coaching is an individualised holistic program where we begin by discussing your concerns, then together we will delve deeper into areas of life that may be lacking - what is your cycle telling you? when do you feel more energised and where does it feel all too much? what isn’t working anymore and discover ways to make improvements. Using practical tools, mindfulness-based strategies, visualisations, restorative yoga, self-determined goals and letting go techniques, we will implement a whole-person approach to daily functioning that ensures empowering results, with support and guidance all the way!
